⊹III, V. Hacked Angel. A manga where, through a digital virus, a cyborg angel becomes a demon. Influenced by the 'Magical Girl Boom' in Japan. The cyborg angel protagonist travels to the factory where she was created, and while undergoing maintenance, a virus enters the company's system...

E-Angels is the outcome of a trained artificial intelligence and a series of image processing techniques. The AI is trained by the drawings of Muri Pixel (@muri.pixel) + images from the early internet and video games found online.

⊹IV. 8-bit Textiles Mexicanos. 𝘔𝘦𝘹𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘛𝘦𝘹𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘦𝘴. Using the same AI algorithm, a text-to-image prompt of Mexican embroidery patterns was experimented with. The saturation and emulation of textiles is visually enriching, and the AI results demonstrate similarities to patterns found in even pre-Hispanic cultures that still produce these textiles. This symbolizes the visual cultural exchange of EAngels and how kawaii is global and can connect with every person.
